DELIVERY DEADLINE

The delivery will be made within a period of 24/48 hours following authorisation of the order, depending on the geographical area. However, please contact us if you so wish and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.

It is very important to specify the exact address for delivery, the person’s full name and the contact phone number of the person who will receive the material.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders greater than €500.00 before tax will be free of charge

€10.00 will be charged for orders totalling between €1.00 and €100.00 before tax

€15.00 will be charged for orders totalling between €100.00 and €300.00 before tax

and €20.00 will be charged for orders totalling between €300.00 and €500.00 before tax

These charges are valid for mainland Spain. Please view the conditions and delivery times for other destinations.

Depending on the distance involved, our deliveries will be made using our own means of transport or fully reliable outsourced carriers.

INCIDENTS:

It is very important to check the goods when you receive them to ensure that they are in good condition and that the boxes have no defects of any kind (an unlikely occurrence).

No claims will be accepted when 24 hours have passed since the time of delivery.
